The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2022 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Forty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Twenty (Php15,048,520.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges with the total ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Mining Pumps and Equipment for Mine 3 and 4 Coal Projects (5 Lots) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
