The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2024 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety Seven Million Two Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Eight Pesos (Php197,229,208.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges with the total ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Mining Equipment and Materials for Mine 4 Coal Project (3 Lots) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
