Supply and Delivery of Various Meteorological Instruments

1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand pesos (Php11,990,000.00) only, being the ABC to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Meteorological Instruments under PR 2025-01-0055 | IB 2025-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provision under Appendix 31 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) 9184. Delivery of the Goods shall be made ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes.
