Description : 1. The PENRO Pampanga, through its Provincial Bids and Awards Committee, invites eligible supplier/s to submit duly signed proposal/quotation not later than the closing date and time for the lot procurement stated below:

CHEST WADER (with print)
DRI-FIT LONG SLEEVE (with print)
CORPORATE JACKET (with embroidery)
POLO SHIRT (customized, sublimation print)

2. Proposal/quotation received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected.
3. Interested bidder/s must submit the following documents:

A. ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS
1. Proof of PhilGEPS Registration (Registration Number/Certificate)
2. Valid and Current Mayor-s/Business Permit for CY 2025 or application for Business/Mayor-s Permit with attached Official Receipt (OR) of payment of Licensing and Regulatory fees and 2024 Business/Mayor-s permit
