Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php449,790.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Various Medicines for PNOC EC (3 Lots) (“Project”). The goods shall be delivered within thirty (30) calendar days after the receipt of the Purchase Order and the Notice to Proceed.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details. Please note that the bid/proposal to be submitted MUST be complete. Incomplete bid/proposal will be disqualified.
