1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through the Trust Fund (LGSF) intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Nine Pesos and 65/100 (Php 19,999,809.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MEDICINES TO BE USED BY THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE, CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
