Description : NOTICE OF SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Seventeen Thousand Seventy-Five Pesos (Php917,075.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Various Medicines and Medical Supplies for PNOC EC Head Office (2 Lots) (“Project”), ”), through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. Delivery of goods shall be within thirty (30) calendar days to PNOC EC Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City after receipt of Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed.
