  1. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan, through the Medical, Dental & Lab. Supplies Expenses (PR#2026-06-03757) intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Seven Million Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos (P37,013,835.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Supplies at Urdaneta District Hospital, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
