1. The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee, through the Hospital Income intend to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Instruments. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
