MUNICIPALITY OF MADRIDEJOS

Invitation to Bid for Supply and delivery of various medical equipment,supplies and kits for search and rescue operations

1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the LDRRMF, 70% Disaster Preparedness intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Fifty Pesos and 00/000 (Php 1,967,050.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and delivery of various medical equipment,supplies and kits for search and rescue operations - MAD 027-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Madridejos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) days after receipt of PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
