1. The City Government of Borongan, through the Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies (Borongan City Infirmary), Other Supplies and Materials (Borongan City Infirmary), Capital Outlay (City Infirmary): Medical Equipment CY 2023, Medical Equipment CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Eight Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Four Pesos (Php6, 828,824.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Equipment for LGU - Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
