Description : The Western Mindanao State University, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), is inviting PhilGEPS registered suppliers to apply for eligibility and to submit bids for the item mentioned hereunder:

1.) Two (2) units of Hamilton Examination Table

Specifications:
- Padded foam mattress on powder-coated steel frame is
covered with leather or vinyl upholstery and is divided into
3 sections (backrest, seat cushion, and legrest)
- Backrest can be elevated up to 75-80 degrees from the
horizontal plane and legrest can be adjusted from 270 to
360 degrees
- Steel frame underneath foam contains at least (5) five
storage spaces (drawers/cabinets), (1) one pair of leg
stirrups, and (1) one pull-out footstool
- Total length including extended footrest: 140-190 cm
- Overall width: 50-70 cm
- Overall height: 80-100 cm
- Weight capacity at least 300 lbs.
