1. The Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center-Mountain Province (DATRC-MP) through the Sub-Allotment Advice intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Medical and Laboratory Equipment and Supplies with IB 202508001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
