  SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL
  EQUIPMENT (Per Line Item)

  1. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental, through the General Fund
  CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thirty Five Thousand
  Forty Pesos (P146,004,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
  payments under the contract for this procurement. Bids received in excess of the ABC
  for each line item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2. The Provincial Government of Misamis Occidental now invites bids for Supply
  and Delivery of Various Medical and Hospital Equipment (Per Line Item). Delivery of
  the Goods is required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 5
  years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
