1. The Barangay Osmeña, Bato, Leyte through the 20% Devt. Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Fifty Pesos only (Php 167,050.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Materials for the Rehabilitation of Barangay Health Center of Brgy. Osmeña, Bato, Leyte (OSMEÑAGOODS2025-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
