SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FARMERS RESEARCH CENTER PERIMETER FENCE AND REPAIR OF LGU DEMO FARM PERIMETER FENCE

1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Maconacon, Isabela Bids and Award Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FARMERS RESEARCH CENTER PERIMETER FENCE AND REPAIR OF LGU DEMO FARM PERIMETER FENCE in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
