1. The Local Government of Binalonan, Pangasinan intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR AND 80/100 PESOS (Php 917,134.80)
being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Bids received in excess
of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
