1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025- CORN intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Two Pesos (₱6,673,362.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for ITB No. 23-GOODS-CORN 2025, as follows:

1 Corn Husker Sheller and Various Tractor Implements ₱6,373,362.00
2 Storage and Maintenance Equipment for Feed Mill Facility 300,000.00
GRAND TOTAL ₱6,673,362.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial bid is allowed.
