SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LINEN AND LAUNDRY SUPPLIES (EPA)
IB NO. 2026-GOODS-008-01-1105

1) The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the
2026 National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of TWENTY MILLION FIVE
HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FOURTEEN PESOS AND
NINETY CENTAVOS (PHP 20,565,714.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS
LINEN AND LAUNDRY SUPPLIES (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The ITRMC now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LINEN
AND LAUNDRY SUPPLIES (EPA) using the Early Procurement Activity. Delivery of the
Goods is required for a period of nine (9) months, on the scheduled dates stated in the
approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years prior to
the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an
