The COTABATO FOUNDATION COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of One Million Ninety-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos Only (P 1,097,775.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES- NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
