SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES (EPA)
IB NO. 2026-GOODS-010-02-1113

1) The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the 2026 Income intends to apply the sum of THIRTY-FIVE MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-TWO PESOS AND SEVENTY-SIX CENTAVOS (PHP 35,985,792.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The ITRMC now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES (EPA) using the Early Procurement Activity. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of nine (9) months, on the scheduled dates stated in the approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
