1. The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized appropriations under GAA intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THREE PESOS AND 68/100 ONLY (P730,203.68) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR CY 2025 (BATCH 18) with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2025-A-67. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
