1.The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized appropriations under GAA intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETEEN PESOS AND 56/100 ONLY (P4,833,819.56) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR CY 2024 (BATCH 29) RE-BID with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2024-141. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
