1.The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized use of funds under GAA intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE PESOS ONLY (P1,061,451.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR CY 2024 (BATCH 27) RE-BID with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2024-157. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
