1. The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN PESOS AND FORTY CENTAVOS (PHP3,153,157.40). being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY REAGENTS (NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT-2 FAILED BIDDINGS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The ITRMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of nine (9) months, on the scheduled dates stated in the approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
