SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR CY 2024 (BATCH 10)

1.The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized use of funds under SAA NO.: 2024-02-0202, intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (P9,773,500.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR CY 2024 (BATCH 10) with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2024-135. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The RITM-BAC now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Projects. Delivery of the Goods shall be based on Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) indicated in the Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD).
