ITB NO. LAB-2025-03

1. The Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA), through the Corporate Operating
Budget (COB) and Water Quality Management Area (WQMA) Funds for 2025 intends
to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php
17,850,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the supply and
delivery of various Laboratory Equipment with ITB No. LAB-2025-03. Bids
received in excess of the ABC per item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
