1. The Department of Science and Technology Regional Office No. IX, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY2024 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS (PhP 1,000,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DOST IX-24-03-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
