SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY AND DENTAL SUPPLIES FOR THE
MUNICIPAL HEALTH OFFICE MUNICIPALITY OF CALAYAN, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

1. The Local Government Unit of Calayan, through the General Fund 2025 - (MHO- Medical, Dental, Radiology and Laboratory Supplies) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos (Php 599,980.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Calayan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of the Works is required Thirty Calendar Days (30 C.D). Bidders should have
