Single-Year Framework Agreement

1. The Provincial Government of Sarangani, through its General Fund CY 2025 and Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos (₱11,737,660.00), inclusive of all taxes and freight charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various IV Cannula for the Province of Sarangani (Sarangani Provincial Hospitals) FA-2025-05 (LOT BIDDING).

The provisions of the Revised IRR of R.A. 9184 on the use of the Approved Guidelines on the use of a Single Year Framework Agreement (Outright Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid) under GPPB Resolution No. 27-2019:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
