Description : 1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Employees- Compensation Commission (ECC), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the Negotiation for the Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Various IT Equipment, Software and Accessories (ISSP CY 2024)
in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (R-IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Four Million Seven Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos (PhP4,727,980.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes, to wit:
