1. The National Transmission Corporation (TransCo), through the CY 2025 Corporate Budget approved by the Transco Board of Directors, intends to apply the sum of PhP4,880,138.30 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS INK AND TONER CARTRIDGES (WITH HP BRAND) under Reference No. PB250327-EA017/ Various PRs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Transmission Corporation (TransCo) now invites bids for the above procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required as follows:
