1. The Palawan Council for Sustainable Development Staff (PCSDS), through the Government Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million, One Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Pesos (Php 3,131,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various ICT Supplies for PCSDS (FY 2025) / P.R. No. 25-10-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
