Description : SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS ICT EQUIPMENT FOR THE UNIVERSITY

1. The Philippine Normal University, through the GAA 101 / STF 164 / TL 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Pesos (Php 1,577,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various ICT Equipment for the University (GD 2025-08-091). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Normal University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
