Description : 1. The OFFICE OF CIVIL DEFENSE, through the AFMS APB for CY 2025 (CO-GAS), intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos (PHP39,995,499.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various ICT Equipment to Support the Office Productivity: Enhancement / Replacement of Workstations - Lot 1 - Rebidding. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The OFFICE OF CIVIL DEFENSE now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various ICT Equipment to Support the Office Productivity: Enhancement / Replacement of Workstations - Lot 1 - Rebidding using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
