INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

Supply and Delivery of Various ICT Equipment
And Office Furniture and Fixtures

1) The LGU-GIPORLOS, EASTERN SAMAR , through the Supplemental Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Ninety Two Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Pesos (Php1,092,630.00) breakdown as follows: Nine Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Pesos (Php987,740.00) for Lot 1 - Supply and Delivery of Various ICT Equipment under Contract No. GOODS 2025-11-015A and One Hundred Four Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Pesos (P104,890.00) for Lot 2 - Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture and Fixtures under Contract No. GOODS 2025-11-015B
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
