1) The Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php3,370,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of various ICT Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
