Description : The Optical Media Board (OMB), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-One Pesos (PHP 937,421.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Various ICT Equipment” (Project ID No. OMB-BID-ICT-2025-005). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The OMB will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 09 October 2025, 10:00 AM at the OMB Board Room, 3rd Floor, No. 35 Scout Limbaga Street, Barangay Laging Handa, Quezon City, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before 21 October 2025, 12:00 NN. Late bids shall not be accepted.
Bid opening shall be on 21 October 2025, 02:00 PM at the given address below. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend the activity.
