Conditions/Instructions for interested bidder:
1. Bid (s) proposal (s) shall be submitted to the office through e-mail, registered mails, courier, or personally drop in the bid box located at the main building.
2. The bidder is required to affix his/her signature, across the opening of the sealed envelope.
3. Quotation/s must include all kinds of taxes for the item(s) services and including delivery charges.
4. Interested Bidder may request RFQs through e-mail or may obtain at BAC Secretariat Office.
5. Only PhilGEPS registered suppliers shall be accepted.
6. Eligibility Documents (PhilGEPS Registration or Certfication and/or Number, Mayors Permit, Income/Business tax Return, and omnibus Statement shall be submitted upon submission of RFQs
