DA8-Goods-2025-25 (ID No BT-25-GOODS-. HVCDP -41917-0004)
1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the HVCDP 2025 CURRENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Three Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (P9,344,560.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of Various Garden Tools” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
