SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS FUNERAL EQUIPMENT TO BE USED AT TAPAZ MEMORIAL PARK

1.The Municipality of Tapaz, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (₱ 960,000.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Funeral Equipment to be used at Tapaz Memorial Park with ID No. 025-024-G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipality of Tapaz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Days after the actual receipt of Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
