Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Magsaysay, through the SFP-TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Pesos Only (P 3,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Food Items and Commodities for the Implementation of the 15th Cycle Supplementary Feeding Program in Barangay Poblacion, Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro with contract identification number of ITB-2025-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
