CENTEX Manila ES is inviting eligible suppliers for the above procurement project (through small value procurement mode) amounting to 154,000.00 Php.

Instruction to suppliers:

1. Submit physical and online valid quotations through the email provided by the procuring entity.

2. Physical submission is required attention to MARIA JOSEFETA CHONA C. CORRAL through the BAC Secretariat c/o SHELLA O. ARCILLAS, Administrative Assistant III, together with the original and certified true copies of legal documents as per IRR of RZ 9184 and RA 12009 namely:
a. Updated Mayor's permit;
b. Updated Tax Clearance;
c. DTI and SEC valid Registration Certificates:
d. 2025 Platinum Registration Certificate from PHILGEPS;
e. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement of submitted documents to the BAC in accordance to the Procurement
Law.
3. Late, incorrect and incomplete submission of RFQ's and legal/relevant documents shall be deemed disqualified to the evaluation process.
