Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eight Hundred Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php811,200.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Various Fire Extinguishers for PNOC EC Head Office (“Project”). Delivery of goods shall be within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order at PNOC EC, Building 1, Energy Center, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details.
