1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for CY 2025 -NUPAP intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Twenty One Thousand Pesos (Php3,221,000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 2025-NUPAP-07 as follows:
