SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS
FARM MACHINERIES & EQUIPMENT

1) The Department of Agrarian Reform, Regional Office VIII, through the Special Account - Locally Funded/Domestic Grants Fund, Automatic Appropriations, Agrarian Reform Fund (ARF) of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 9,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Farm Machineries and Equipment, with Project ID No. RO8-CB-2025-005, composed of Seventeen (17) items.

Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Agrarian Reform, Regional Office VIII now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Various Farm Machineries and Equipment comprising Seventeen (17) items. Delivery of the Goods is required within Ten (10) calendar days from supplier-s receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) issued by DAR.
