Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), COB 501, intends to apply the sum of Thirty Seven Million Six Hundred Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP 37,643,500.00) for Lot No. 1 and Forty Million Thirty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty and 65/100 Pesos (PhP 40,035,960.65) for Lot No. 2 being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Engineering Software for NIA Engineering Department, Invitation to Bid No. NIACODSD-S-2R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NIA now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Various Engineering Software for NIA Engineering Department and to wit:
