Single-Year Framework Agreement

1. The Provincial Government of Sarangani, through its General Fund CY 2025 and Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Three Million Seventy-Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos & Fifty Centavos (₱23,072,320.50), inclusive of all taxes and freight charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs & Medicines (Antibiotics) for the Province of Sarangani (Sarangani Provincial Hospitals) FA-2025-03 (LOT BIDDING).

The provisions of the Revised IRR of R.A. 9184 on the use of the Approved Guidelines on the use of a Single Year Framework Agreement (Outright Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid) under GPPB Resolution No. 27-2019:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
