The DOH - Sulu Sanitarium and General Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Forty-two Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-seven Pesos and 21/100 only (PhP. 2,542,597.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the procurement project: Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines with RFQ No. 2025-01-001-DM-NPTFB.

This procurement project shall be conducted through section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184 (Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings).
