INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR PDL FOR THE FIRST SEMESTER FY 2025

1. The BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT AND PENOLOGY -ROV through the
General Appropriations Act (GAA) of Fiscal Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE PESOS (Php 3,427,785.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines for PDL for the FY 2025 with contract I.D. No: 2025-02-GS5-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
